GST in Haryana
GST for Gurugram businesses, done right
Businesses registered in Haryana have GSTINs starting with 06. Sales to customers within Haryana carry CGST and SGST; sales to Delhi, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh or any other state carry IGST. Milaan ERP reads the customer’s state from their GSTIN or address and applies the right tax on every bill.
Diwali, Karva Chauth, the wedding season and year-end corporate gifting are the busiest periods for Gurugram retail. Since 22 September 2025, most goods are at 5% or 18% GST, so check that your item rates are up to date before the next busy season.
Tip: E-way bills are needed for inter-state movement of goods over ₹50,000. Haryana may set its own limit for movement within the state, so check the current rule.
