Mobile phones and most accessories are taxed at 18% GST, and repair work is a service with its own SAC code. Many shops also sell to businesses that need a proper tax invoice with their GSTIN.

Can I scan both IMEI numbers during billing?
Yes. Scan IMEI 1 and IMEI 2 from the box barcode at purchase. At billing you scan the phone and both IMEIs are picked up and printed on the bill.
Can I manage repairs and spare parts?
Yes. Open a job sheet for each repair with the phone, fault, IMEI and estimate. Add spare parts used, update the status, and bill the job when the customer collects the phone.
How do I handle old phone exchange?
Enter the old phone with its IMEI and agreed value on the new phone’s bill. The value is deducted from the bill and the old phone goes into stock for resale.
Can I bill card EMI and finance sales?
Yes. Split the payment between cash, card EMI and finance. The software tracks what the finance company still owes you.
How do I keep accessories under control?
Print a barcode sticker for each accessory and scan it at billing. Low-stock alerts tell you what to reorder, and stock reports show what is not selling.
Can I find an old sale by IMEI?
Yes. Search any IMEI to see the bill, customer, date of sale and supplier. This helps with warranty claims and verification.
How much does it cost?
