GST across branches
Branch transfers and GST, handled properly
When stock moves from your warehouse to a branch in the same state, it goes on a delivery challan. When it moves to a branch in another state, the law treats it as a sale between two GST registrations, so it needs a proper tax invoice. Getting this wrong is one of the most common GST problems for growing chains.
Milaan ERP knows which GSTIN each store belongs to. It picks a challan or a tax invoice for each transfer on its own, and makes GST reports separately for each registration, along with one combined view for you.

Can I see phones by IMEI in every outlet?
Yes. Search a model to see stock in every shop, or search an IMEI to see exactly where that phone is or who bought it.
How do transfers between outlets work?
Create a transfer note listing the IMEIs. The receiving outlet scans them in, and stock updates in both shops.
Can repairs from all outlets go to one service point?
Yes. Book a repair at any outlet, send it to your service point and track its status until the customer collects it from the original shop.
Can I change prices for all outlets at once?
Yes. Prices are kept centrally, so a price drop reaches every outlet immediately.
Are accessories tracked in every shop?

What if our stores are in different states?
Each state has its own GSTIN in Milaan ERP. Transfers to a branch in another state go out on a tax invoice, transfers within the same state on a delivery challan, and GST reports are made separately for each GSTIN.
How much does it cost for a chain?
Cloud plans start at ₹12,999 per year before 18% GST, and multi-branch management is part of the higher plans. For chains, the price depends on the number of stores, counters and users, so we give you a quote that fits your setup. There is a free 7-day trial either way.
Can you bring in data from our old software?
