Why we built it
Garment wholesale has its own way of doing business
You buy and sell in sets: one design, a fixed size ratio, packed together. But some customers want only two pieces of XL, and you sell loose too. Goods travel in bales through transporters, orders come through agents who earn commission, and credit periods of 30 to 90 days are normal.
Most billing software is built for shops, not for this. So the set breaks apart and stock goes wrong, commissions are worked out in a notebook, and LR numbers live on a separate sheet that nobody can find when a bale goes missing.

GST made simple
GST by price per piece, even on wholesale bills
Garments are taxed by the price of each piece. Since September 2025, pieces billed at up to ₹2,500 attract 5% GST and pieces above ₹2,500 attract 18%. On a wholesale invoice, that means one bill can easily carry both rates.
Milaan ERP checks the rate of every piece on the invoice, after discount, and applies the right GST on its own. E-way bill details for consignments above ₹50,000 come straight from the invoice, and your monthly figures are ready for your CA.
Tip: The ₹2,500 limit is a setting. If the rule changes, you update it in one place.

Can I bill both full sets and loose pieces?
Yes. Define the size ratio of a set once for each design. Bill full sets or single pieces, and stock is reduced size by size either way.
Can I print transport and LR details on the invoice?
Yes. Enter the transporter, LR number, bales and vehicle details on the invoice. They print on the bill, and you can search by LR number later.
How does agent commission work?
Set a commission rate for each agent. Commission is worked out on every bill they bring in, and you can choose to pay it only when the retailer has paid.
How does it handle the 5% and 18% GST slabs?
It checks the rate per piece after discount. Up to ₹2,500 it applies 5%, above that 18%, as per the current rules. The limit is a setting you can update.
Can I share my catalogue with retailers?
Yes. Share design photos with rates on WhatsApp, and send invoices and payment reminders the same way.
Can I see which designs are not selling?
Yes. Design-wise and stock age reports show what is slow, so you can push it to retailers or plan a clearance.
How much does it cost?
The offline desktop plan starts at ₹9,999 as a one-time payment and online cloud plans start at ₹12,999 per year, both before 18% GST. Features such as barcode billing, batch tracking, e-invoicing and multi-location are in the higher plans, so tell us what you need and we’ll suggest the right one.
Can you move my data from my old software?
Usually yes. If your old software can export items, parties and opening balances to Excel, our team will import them for you, so you start with your real stock and outstanding.
