Yes. Setup, onboarding and training are included in every Milaan ERP plan.
How are training sessions held?
Most sessions are online, by video call or screen share, using your own items and bills. On-site installation and training are included in the desktop Enterprise edition.
How long does training take?
Short sessions work best. Counter staff usually need one session; accountants and owners a little more. We plan it with you.
Can new staff be trained later?
Yes. Book a session whenever new staff join.
Do you have video tutorials?
Yes, on our YouTube channel, along with the step-by-step guides in our documentation.
Which languages do you train in?
Tell us your preference when you book and we’ll arrange the session accordingly.
