Size runs out in one store and sits idle in another
Shoe stores live and die by sizes. The popular sizes of a good article sell out in days, while the smallest and largest sizes sit for months. With several stores, the problem doubles: one branch is out of size 9, another has six pairs of it on the top shelf.
Without one system, each store manages its own boxes, labels and counts. Sizes can’t be balanced, sales run differently in each branch, and at the end of the season every store has its own pile of leftover sizes.
Milaan ERP shows every article and size across all your stores. Boxes are labelled centrally and sent to branches with transfer notes. Staff at any counter can check other stores and arrange a transfer. Sales and prices are set once for the whole chain.

GST across branches
Branch transfers and GST, handled properly
When footwear moves from your warehouse to a branch in the same state, it goes on a delivery challan. When it moves to a branch in another state, the law treats it as a sale between two GST registrations, so it needs a proper tax invoice. Getting this wrong is one of the most common GST problems for growing chains.
Milaan ERP knows which GSTIN each store belongs to. It picks a challan or a tax invoice for each transfer on its own, and makes GST reports separately for each registration, along with one combined view for you.

Can staff check sizes in other stores?
Yes. Search an article at any counter and see the sizes available in every branch and the warehouse.
Can boxes be labelled centrally?
Yes. Enter purchases at the warehouse, print box labels with article, size, colour and MRP, and send stock to stores with transfer notes.
How do transfers between stores work?
Create a transfer note for the boxes. The receiving store scans them on arrival and stock updates in both stores.
Can I run a sale in some stores only?
Yes. Create the sale once and choose the branches and dates.
Is GST by price applied the same in every store?
Yes. The 5% and 18% slabs based on price per pair are applied the same way at every counter.
What if our stores are in different states?
Each state has its own GSTIN in Milaan ERP. Transfers to a branch in another state go out on a tax invoice, transfers within the same state on a delivery challan, and GST reports are made separately for each GSTIN.
How much does it cost for a chain?
Cloud plans start at ₹12,999 per year before 18% GST, and multi-branch management is part of the higher plans. For chains, the price depends on the number of stores, counters and users, so we give you a quote that fits your setup. There is a free 7-day trial either way.
Can you bring in data from our old software?
