How do I set up GST rates and HSN codes for my items?
Create the HSN code with its GST rate in the HSN master, then pick it on each product. Milaan ERP applies CGST and SGST or IGST on each bill from the customer’s state. See the HSN guide and product guide.
Does Milaan ERP work without internet?
The offline desktop edition works without internet for daily billing, stock and accounts. The cloud edition needs a connection, though a basic connection or mobile hotspot is usually enough.
Can I import my items and customers from Excel or another software?
Yes. Our team helps import items, customers, suppliers and opening balances during setup. Tally data import is included in the desktop Professional edition and above.
How do I print bills on a thermal printer?
Choose a thermal (3-inch or 2-inch) format in your invoice settings and print a test bill. A4 and A5 formats are also available for wholesale bills.
How do I give my CA access?
Export GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and other reports in Excel or JSON, or ask us to set up a read-only login for your CA.
How do I add another user or computer?
Users and computers depend on your plan. Contact support and we’ll tell you what your plan includes and how to add more.
Is training included?
