Does this automate my machines?
No. Milaan ERP automates office and record-keeping work: stock updates, alerts, documents, messages and reports. It doesn’t control machines on the floor.
Do I need a programmer to set up rules?
No. Rules like minimum stock levels, reminder schedules and report times are simple settings. Our team helps you set them up.
How does automatic material consumption work?
When you enter how many units were produced, the software reduces each raw material according to the BOM, including any wastage allowance you set.
Can reminders go out on WhatsApp?
Yes. Payment reminders, order updates and invoices can be sent on WhatsApp on a schedule or with one click.
Can I turn off an automation?
Yes. Every rule can be switched on or off, or changed, at any time.
What reports can be scheduled?

Can you bring in our existing data?
Usually yes. If you have your items, raw materials, customers and opening stock in Excel or another software, our team will import them during setup. We also help you set up your first few BOMs.
